SHIPMENT

Delivery and shipping are handled by  Sunabz. Each package is provided with Track & Trace and is completely for free.

We will deliver your package within 24-72 hours The package will be sent directly by the provider, which is cheaper for you as a customer. This may mean that it takes a little longer for you to receive your package.

Our streamlined process includes direct shipping from the supplier, which offers you cost advantages. However, please note that this may slightly increase the delivery time.

As a rule, the packages are delivered within an average delivered within two to four weeks.

RETURN

You are not completely satisfied with the product you received? Of course you can. You can return your order at any time within 14 days!

Is your product broken? Then returning it is often not necessary, we will simply send you a new one!

Additional costs may apply depending on the country of departure.

All return costs are to be borne by the customer.  Sunabz assumes no responsibility for lost returns.  We do not provide return labels nor do we cover return shipping costs. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.


style, size and photo changes
Once you place your order, you agree that this is a custom product that will go into production immediately and that no further changes are possible.

When ordering, please note that there may be slight size variations. We recommend choosing a size larger to ensure a comfortable fit.

Please also note that colors and appearance may vary slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.

Consequently, no further changes or modifications can be made once the product is prepared or shipped. We thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this policy.

Damaged/misprinted items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and send it back free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of the item and the order number. We will reprint your item and send it back to you within seven working days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer free reprints. Please fill out our contact form and attach a picture of your item with an explanation of the problem and your order number so a member of our team can assist you.
Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

Damaged/misprinted items can only be replaced within 45 days of the original order date. After these 45 days  is  Sunabz is no longer responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.

hygiene products
Hygiene products are exempt from the right of return due to the spread of infections and diseases.Once hygiene products such as care products and bras have been used up, we can no longer take the products back.
An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Send us a photo as proof.

Please note that the design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped to you,  Sunabz is not responsible for replacing these items.

Disclaimer for product images
Please note that while we make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately and in detail, due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.

Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will happily replace it and ensure your order gets to you. If you do not want the package replaced, we will have to wait 14 days before refunding the order in case the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check in with your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and keep you informed.

Cancellations/Returns
Once you place your order, you agree that this is a custom product that goes into production immediately and that no changes can be made. The order can still be cancelled before it goes into production or ships. If cancelled within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received and wish to return them, please send an email to info@sunabz.deso we can send you our return address or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.
