Recipe:

Garnish the cakes or pies with whipped cream or meringue!

Prepare a strong whipped cream with at least 30% fat and vanilla sugar or opt for liquid cream and whip it until it becomes very stiff.

To make a perfect meringue, separate the egg whites from the yolks. You can get a fluffy and firm foam by beating the egg whites with sugar and a pinch of salt using a high-performance mixer. Add 60 grams of sugar for each egg white. To get a perfect shine, add a few drops of lemon juice.

To create a unique design, you can add synthetic or natural food coloring. Divide the cream or meringue into several bowls and add a different food coloring to each side, then pour the mixture into the bag.

Put all the colors in the bag without mixing them. Delimit each color with an imaginary line. If the colors intertwine, don't worry, the look will still be unique. Once all the colors are in the bag, you can start decorating your favorite cake.
