How can I order from your shop?
You can easily order by adding items to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Here you can specify your delivery address and payment method.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer.
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time depends on your location. Shipping within Germany usually takes 6-12 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are absolutely free today only.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
What if an item is missing or damaged?
If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
We will email your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You will normally receive the tracking number one day after we dispatch your order. You can also track your package on our 'Track Order' page in the main menu at the top of the page.
