How do you use it?
- Find a quiet place where you can lie down or lean for about 10 minutes. This could be a bed, a sofa, the floor or an armchair.
- Place the neck support of this pillow around the center of your neck. Start with a slight pull (convex side under your head).
- Gently move the pillow up or down your spine until you find the most comfortable position for your neck. Bend your knees and place your hand next to your head.
- Once you feel comfortable, lower your neck further into the support. Slow, deep breaths will help you relax.
- Notice how this pillow strengthens your posture. At this point, you may find yourself releasing some tension.
- You will notice that your neck, foot and shoulder muscles continue to relax and your posture becomes more upright.
- Move slightly every few minutes to avoid local fatigue. If necessary, you can resume your position.
